Kumta :
5 youths in which 2 youth drowned of catholic milagris youth club Haliyal at Hedbandar beach kumta on Wednesday evening.
Deceased are identified as Prajwal lopis from deshpandegar & franklin Breganja from Haliyal. Other 3 youths , Aloshan,Arnold & simon were saved by nearby fishermens.
Total of 26 members of Haliyal milagris youth club had come on picnic to murudeshwar, while returning they had visited Eco beach kasarkod,. Incident happened when they went to hedbandar eco beach. 5 of them were drowned to sea but luckily 3 were saved by fishermens.
CPI Ramchandra & SPI Narashima along with thier team along with fishermens are searching for dead body 1 body was found morning other has been found in evening . case has been registered in police station.
