AP EAMCET 2017 topper: V Mohan Abhyas, the son of a samosa seller has. secured All India Rank (AIR) 6 in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2017 that was conducted on April 2, 2017 (offline), April 8 & 9 (online).This not the only time AP EAMCET 2017 for engineering was successfully conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) between April 24 and April 27, 2017. JEE Mains result was announced on April 27, 2017 and Kalpit Veerval who lives in Udaipur, Rajasthan has topped the examination by securing a perfect score of 100 per cent. He obtained a total of 360 marks out of 360. The scores and ranks secured by candidates in JEE Mains can help them get a seat of the premier technical institutions of the country. Over 10.2 lakh students appeared for the JEE mains examination that was conducted across 1781 centres in the country. This exam is for students who want to pursue BE or B.Tech (engineering colleges) qualifications stemming from Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). Ranks declared along with the JEE Mains examination include both All India and All India category ranking. AP EAMCET is a state level online entrance examination which is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada for admission to undergraduate programmes in the field of Engineering, Medical and Agriculture offered by private colleges/ universities in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
