on May25, 25grm weighing gold bangles was robbed from Balkrishna Nayar’s house who is living at police colony, near post office kumta. Balkrishna is working in post office. Thieves were unsuccessful in breaking gate but somehow they broke the window and got inside. Sources say that, when this incident happened nayar & his family members were sleeping. Thieves even tried to steal A.V.Shanbag and R.V. Bhat’s house which is adjacent to Nayar house but had to go empty handed because no one were living in their house. As soon as case was registered, Police came to the place & have started investigation.
