on june 10th Saturday, 3 kids from Kunjathur were drowned in a pond near mada kasarkod. Deceased have been identified as Hasim,Abdul and Saleem all residents of BS nagar, kunjathur. Kids were somewhat 10-11 years old. Sources say that, trio were in 6th standard and had visited the pond in the evening time for bath and this incident happened. Parents who were waiting for their return were in a panic because kids did not return till the evening, so they started searching. While searching they found out the footwear of kids which was near pond. So they dived in the pond to search the kids and found out their bodies. Bodies were transferred to Mangalpady for post mortem process. Case has been registered in manjeshwar Police station.
