according to officials of tourist department maagod falls near karwar will have first cable car facility in south india.
The tourism department has sent a proposal of 2.5 crores , maagod falls has 2 hills proposal is join these 2 hills so that this cable car gives the tourists the view of maagod falls from hieght. They also provide cantees & restrooms near hills this will bring people closer to this falls said Gopal krishna bekal deputy director of tourism.
U.k. district minister R.V.DESHPANDE said that proposal of tourism department has been kept in consideration & final decision will be taken by wieghing the merit of this proposal.
