Collision between KSRTC Bus and Car

Kumta :

 Monday Morning, Divigi (place in kumta) witnessed a accident between KSRTC bus Ankola – Kumta and car in which 2 died on the spot and 4 were injured.

Family members from Mangalore were headings towards Gokarana on car.

On the way near divigi, Car tire Blasted by this driver was unable to control the car and rammed the car to KSRTC bus Ankola- Kumta. Collision was so deadly that driver  Prasanna (50) and one of the family members Nandini (62) died on the spot. Other family members who got injured are Soumya (39) her husband Sachin (46), and their children Sashwat (2) and Sashank (7).

 Sashwat and Soumya’s condition was critical , but died while taking to hospital

Injured Ones were  taken to kumta govt . hospital for initial treatments and were shifted to udupi Manipal hospital.

Case has been registered in kumta police station.
